Stavros Giakoupis does both trades himself. Doors, cabinets, floors, decks and framing, then the plasterboard, setting and patching that finishes the job. No waiting on a second tradie, and no gap between who built it and who covered it up.

Two trades, one tradesman
Most renovation jobs need a carpenter and a plasterer, and the trouble usually lives in the gap between them. Rotten frames get sheeted over. A door gets hung in an opening nobody squared up. Two diaries have to line up before anything moves.
Stavros works both sides of that wall. When one customer’s bathroom turned out to have rotten timber frames, he found the hidden problems, replaced the timber, plastered the bathroom and the rooms next to it, and even built a custom shower niche into the wall before the tiler arrived.

Broken or rotten floorboards taken out and replaced, new timber floors laid, and outdoor decks built.

New plasterboard hung, joints taped and set, ready for the painter.
Patching and repairs
Holes, cracks and old damage patched so you can't tell where the repair was.

A brick-walled room lined and plastered so it finishes like the rest of the house.

Kitchen cabinetry
“Our kitchen cabinets did not have space for a dishwasher to be installed. Stavros was able to create space in our cabinets with his great carpentry skills. This involved a lot of carpentry work to cut the pre-existing shelves and doors to the correct size for a precise fit. Stavros is friendly and it is clear that he has extensive experience in this area. I would recommend him to anyone needing carpentry work. Thank you Stavros!”
